Millions of ANZ customers have been left scrounging for cash, with online and phone banking access currently down.
Furthermore, it isn't just a technical blackout, with customers also having issues paying for transactions over $200 using ANZ cards or accessing more than $200 from ATMs.
The ANZ app, grow app and goMoney facilities have been affected since this morning.
Customers have reported being stuck outside the supermarket as they are unable to pay for groceries.
