Melbourne veteran Jordan Lewis is free to face North Melbourne on Saturday after match review officer Michael Christian spared him a suspension.

Instead, Lewis can accept a $1500 for misconduct against the Brisbane Lions’ Rhys Mathieson.

Collingwood defender Lynden Dunn ($1500 - second offence) and GWS ruckman Rory Lobb ($1000) have been handed sanctions, too, for wrestling each other at the MCG on Saturday.

Gold Coast youngster Jack Bowes can accept a one-game suspension for engaging in rough conduct against Carlton swingman Jacob Weitering.

And fines were also dished out to GWS captain Phil Davis ($1500), Brisbane’s Nick Robertson ($1500), Lions star Dayne Zorko ($1500) and West Coast forward Jamie Cripps ($1500) for misconduct against Collingwood’s Jaidyn Stephenson, Lewis, Melbourne midfielder Clayton Oliver and the Western Bulldogs’ Mitch Honeychurch respectively.
