On the back of Mardi Gras, a Marriage Equality forum's set to get underway at Soden's Hotel in Albury tonight.
Former Olympic swimmer Daniel Kowalski among the speakers.
Topics include what same sex marriage means to the LGBT community and how it's just as much of an issue for rural communities, as it is for metropolitan regions.
It kicks off at 6:30pm.
