Key defender Marcus Adams did not take the field following half time.
He was spotted after the match in the club's track suit, with a moon boot on his left leg.
Western Bulldogs skipper Robert Murphy, who made the trip up to Sydney, was seen speaking to him after the game.
An Adams injury would add to a concerning injury list for the Bulldogs.
The Dogs still have Murphy, Josh Dunkley and Stewart Crameri sidelined, while Tom Boyd, Dale Morris and Clay Smith are all out with short-term injuries.
