Case adjourned

26 July 2017

A Toowoomba court has adjourned a drug driving case until Friday for sentencing,

35-year-old Raymond Edward Chapman pleading guilty to the charges.

Chapman was already on a two year driving ban when he was pulled over by police in March testing positive for marijuana.

This is his 17th disqualified driving offence.

He is due back in court on Friday for sentencing with the Defense giving him time to provide his medical records.
