20 Years ago the Culcairn Bakery made a delicious sweet custard cream filled cinnamon bun to celebrate Equestrian Andrew Hoy's Gold Medal at the Sydney 2000 Olympics. Fast forward 21 years, and Lu was reminiscing about the delicious treat, when current bakery owner Paul heard about it and brought it back!
