The Border’s been left scrambling after the cancellation of the Henty 4WD and Outdoor Adventure Expo.
Serious questions have been raised about money invested by ticket- and stallholders, following news the organiser, Explore Australia Exhibitions' been put under liquidation.
The Queensland Supreme Court’s ordered Gervase Consulting to go over the books and pay out creditors, but notice the event wouldn't go ahead didn't come through until late yesterday.
Creditors are currently owed a whopping $297,000 with those on the Border affected by the closure urged to contact Gervase Consulting to apply as a creditor.
