Kevin James Scott is heading back to prison for at least 4 months.
The 73 year old reappeared before Magistrate Gibson in Coffs Harbour on Monday.
Mr Scott was facing a charge of failing to comply with reporting obligations.
His guilty plea to Magistrate Gibson was accepted.
The Magistrate sentenced Mr Scott to a term of 12 months imprisonment, starting from 18 May 2018, and expiring on 17 May 2019, with a non parole period of 4 months.
Mr Scott will be due for parole on 17 September 2018.
