North Albany have won a record breaking fourth straight flag in the GSFL Grand Final of 2017.
But they didn't have it all their own way in an arm wrestle against a gallant Royals at a born again Centennial Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
The lead changed many times in a see sawing contest and a low scoring affair with a Luke Cameron major putting the red and whites in front moments before the final siren.
