WWE megastar John Cena is reportedly in talks to play trash talking macho man Duke Nukem.
The Hollywood Reporter claims the wrestler-turned-actor is in negotiations to star in a big-screen adaptation of the popular video game franchise featuring the politically incorrect action hero.
The film's rights have already been purchased by Paramount Studios but so far no screenwriter or director are attached to the film.
The Nukem video games follow the less-than-pc adventures of Duke Nuke, who initially was a mash-up of a clump of action-hero characters, with the muscular cigar-chomping hero fighting aliens in order to save planet Earth.
Going purely on Duke's looks and character alone, Cena was made for this role.
