South Australian batsman Jake Lehmann backed up the ton he made in their game against Victoria yesterday with his first wicket in the comp today.

Lehmann — son of Australian coach Darren — was given an opportunity to roll out his slow left-arm orthodox late in the day, and managed to make Test batsman Peter Handscomb pay.

Handscomb played one straight back to Lehmann, and he athletically dove to take a brilliant one-handed catch slightly off the deck.

His celebration was something to behold as well.

Given he’s scoring runs and taking wickets, could Lehmann be the answer the Aussies have been looking for at 6?
