Hawthorn have appointed Justin Reeves to the role of chief executive officer of the club.
Justin is currently employed at the Geelong, and will commence at Hawthorn when he completes his responsibilities at the Cats.
"The Hawthorn Football Club and President Jeff Kennett welcome Justin to the Hawks and look forward to his contribution to its future success," the club said in a statement.
