There's just a few hours left to get in your tax return! Today, the 31st of October is the final day they can be submitted without being on the books of a tax agent.
Recent stats from the ATO has shown around a quarter of those in New South Wales are yet to get it done, but it only takes around half an hour to do online.
Assistant commissioner Kath Anderson is advising to get in contact with a registered agent or the ATO, if you're struggling to get things done before the cut-off.
Those failing to do so, can expect a fine.
