As part of the Commonwealth Games program, Townsville will host the Arts & Cultural Festival 2018, a series of never before seen arts and culture events planned across the city from 4 to 15 April.
The content of the festival will offer a balance of artistic and cultural pursuits from local, national and international participants in a number of locations over the 12 days- and it includes appearances from the hilarious Peter Helliar!
