Rock count down

Music

Before there was Like A Version, Triple M had The Musical Challenge, where we challenged rock band to go pop and visa versa.

The segment had HUGE popularity and ended up raising much needed funds for the Children’s Hospital at Westmead.

We dug into the classic Triple M rock vault’s and found the best Triple M Musical Challenge recordings.

Big acts such as Neil Finn, Jimmy Barnes, Powderfinger challenged themselves and their musical abilities and sometime their dignity for a laugh and a great cause.

We’ve counted down the Top 8 Triple M Musical Challenge songs.

The king of Australian country music, bended the rules and challenged himself to take on The Offspring’s hit single ‘Why Don’t You Get A Job?’

Men At Work- Jump In My Car.
