The Fremantle Dockers have released their tribute to the about to be vacated Domain Stadium, capturing the highlights of their 23 year tenure at the ageing stadium in Subiaco.
For many fans at the game yesterday, they might have missed this on the big screen. The club played it after the game, but seeing Fremantle were obliterated by over 100 points at the hands of Richmond, many punters had probably left by then.
The video shows arguably all of the big moments at the ground. The first derby win against West Coast, a couple of after the siren goals to win a game and, of course, that preliminary final against Sydney in 2013.
Turns out our top 5 Freo games at Domain Stadium wasn't that far off the mark.
For many Freo fans, however, they are probably welcoming the move to the new Perth Stadium in 2018. After all, being thrashed in your last home game at your home stadium of 23 years ain't exactly a great send-off.
