Today the first human trials in the Southern Hemisphere for a vaccine for Covid-19 begin in Melbourne. The Hot Breakfast spoke to the doctor pioneering the tests.
Dr Paul Griffin describes how they will approach the tests taking place at Alfred Hospital. There is no live virus used, in case Melburnians are worried about the virus being unleashed on the city.
