Police are investigating after the theft of two firearms from a property on Kooringal Road on Sunday.
Officers were called to the property at about 5am, after a witness reported seeing unknown people around a house, and once they arrived, noticed an open door.
No-one was inside, but later in the day the resident contacted police to confirm that a gun safe, containing the two firearms, ammunition and other personal items, had been stolen.
