The 52 fire crew who worked on containing and controlling the Amigo’s Bar and Grill fire on Tuesday night have been praised for their work.
The crew were able to control the fire which destroyed the popular Mexican restaurant on Margaret Street.
Adrenalin Rockclimbing Gym located behind Amigo’s was also destroyed in the blaze.
Quest Toowoomba will have to shut their doors for two weeks so that repairs can be done due to damage caused by the fire.
Investigations continued today into the cause of the fire.
