WorkSafe and Police are investigating a fatal workplace accident at a wholesale fruit and vegetable wholesaler in Epping.
Emergency crews were called to the Melbourne Market on Produce Drive after reports of a collision between a truck and a buggy around 5:30am Monday morning.

Sadly, the man in the buggy died at the scene after becoming trapped in the vehicle.
