In a story we definitely were not expecting to have to cover, daytime TV psychologist Dr Phil has appeared with Good Charlotte on the Late Late Show with James Corden.
It’s part of a bizarre sketch in which Corden plays a music coach who recommends the band become “Great Charlotte” by playing with other celebrities.
Dr Phil then enters and hops into Lifestyles Of The Rich And Famous with the band.
It’ll be the weirdest five minutes and 44 seconds of your day.

Dr Phil declared on his Twitter account that he is “here to rock this bitch”.
Fair to say his future is probably in psychology rather than music.
