The NRL’s attempts to speed up the game to make it a greater spectacle has led to an incredibly exciting start to the 2021 season however a string of serious injuries has led to calls from the playing group to prioritize their safety after Dobbo revealed that a senior player had text him revealing his concerns for player welfare.

The unnamed player’s text was read on The Rush Hour Queenslander citing that injuries such Luke Keary’s on the weekend could been avoided had fatigue not been an issue.
