Coffs Clarence Police are seeking assistance from the public to help identify the male picture above.
Police believe the man may be able to assist with enquiries regarding a fraud matter which occurred in the Coffs Harbour area on 20 July 2017.
Police are urging anyone with information on the incident to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
