Richmond coach Damien Hardwick has called out media personality Kane Cornes for some "shit comments" on Twitter.
Cornes tweeted early in Richmond's big loss to St Kilda, saying the Tigers had gotten "ahaed of (themselves)".
"If a top 4 side concedes 32 in. 50's in 45mins of play it means you've got ahead of yourself," he wrote.
"No other explanation."
Hardwick was asked about his premiership teammate's comments post-match.
"Seriously, I'd love to see Kane," he said.
"I'd love to. I'd really love to see Kane.
"Don't get me wrong. It's his job. He's there to write shit comments.
Hardwick batted off suggestions he gave the tweet any credibility.
"Please."
