Carlton veteran Dale Thomas has been withdrawn from the starting side to face Hawthorn tomorrow afternoon.
Thomas will be replaced by midfielder Nick Graham, while Aaron Mullett has been added to the emergencies.
The reason for his withdrawal hasn't been confirmed.
