A serious incident this morning on Port Macquarie's Buller street, with a female cyclist in her late twenties sustaining serious injuries.
She was hit by a car at about 8.10am this morning outside the Westport Bowls Club, sustaining chest, head, limb and facial injuries.
The cyclist reportedly conscious and breathing upon being transported to the Port Macquarie Base hospital, in a stable condition.
