Aussies aren't too worried about racking up credit card debt - until the balance reaches $4113.
Right now, Aussie households have a whopping $52.5 billion on the plastic.
A poll from Finder.com's also discovered men are a bit more easy going when it comes to credit card debt than women. Men become concerned with their debt reaches $4999, while women start to feel anxious at $3605.
The advice is to go for a 0% interest rate card if you have multiple credit accounts, and try to repay the balance in full during that period. The Federal Government's Money Smart website also has tips.
