Adelaide United's FFA Cup hero Craig Goodwin said his two goals last night were the best of his career... so far.
Adelaide defeated Sydney FC 2-1 in the Cup Final last night in front of a boisterous crowd at a packed-out Coopers Stadium.
Goodwin, the returning hometown favourite, was the difference scoring a brace of goals, with a brilliant free kick and a ferocious volley either side Adam le Fondre's penalty.
This afternoon Goodwin joined Roo and Ditts for a chat on Triple M Adelaide, telling the boys the goals he scored were the best he's scored in his career.
Goodwin also admitted that he and his teammates enjoyed a couple of well earned beverages after the win, with a few of the boys rocking up to recovery this morning a little bit dusty...
