The Coolgardie-Esperance Highway remains closed tonight as firies continue to fight two fires affecting the road.
Earlier today our main road east was closed at Coolgardie and Norseman due to a fire near the intersection of Goldfields Highway and Coolgardie-Esperance Highway. That closure has been extended to include the Goldfields Highway from Kambalda to the Intersection of Coolgardie-Esperance and also extended south to Salmon Gums; due to a fire between Norseman and Salmon Gums too.
