Looks like the Toowoomba Golf Club at Middle Ridge is not the only club wanting to get in on the development action.
The City Golf Club has submitted a development proposal to Toowoomba Regional Council for 10-units to be built at the club.
If council approve the project, a section of the current carpark would eaten into.
According to the plans, the units would sit next to the clubhouse on South Street, with a rear entry from Winifred Street.
The submission comes just a week after Council approved a 78-unit retirement village complex at Toowoomba Golf Club.
