Brisbane Heat basher Chris Lynn has just gone STUPID big against the Perth Scorchers at the WACA, creaming 98* off 49 balls to chase down 174 in just 14.4 overs.
Lynn came in with the score at 1/26 in the third over and proceeded to tear the Perth attack to shreds, melting three fours and an outrageous ELEVEN sixes.
No Scorchers bowler was safe some Lynn’s onslaught, with four of the six bowlers used going at more than 10 an over.
Brendon McCullum played a scintillating innings of his own at the other end, making 50 off 31 balls, but was relegated to a supporting role.
