International Cats Day

@dantheinternut

As all cat lovers will probably know, today is International Cats Day.

To celebrate all things feline, we thought we’d take a look at 6 of the most famous cats to ever grace the Internet. After all, everyone knows that cats win the Internet, every single time.

Without further ado… here are our six cats.

Grumpy Cat

We reckon Grumpy Cat, aka Tardar Sauce, is probably the most famous of cats. After all, her quintessential photo suits almost any situation where you just want to rant about how life can be sh*t succinctly.

Keyboard Cat

We made a big call on Grumpy Cat, because after all, Keyboard Cat’s video has been watched almost 48 MILLION times. Not bad!!!

Maru

Speaking of famous Youtube cats, Maru is up there. He’s got over 570K Youtube subscribers and it’s probably safe to say that most regular Internet users have seen Maru in action.

Lil Bub

Turns out Lil Bub was born with several genetic mutations which accounts for her tongue permanently sticking out. That hasn’t stopped her though. She is now a published author, a talk show host, a movie star, and has helped raise well over $300,000 for animals in need.

She’s also right into recording music.

Nala

Nala is a cross-eyed cat who has made it big on social media, with over 3 million followers on Instagram and around 2.5 million followers on Facebook.

If you don’t mind.

Hamilton The Hipster Cat

That moustache… that’s all we need to highlight here.
