Vision has surfaced online of the car that caused a major incident in Bourke St driving erratically nearby.
The red car can be seen driving in circles outside Flinders Street Station - one of the busiest spots in Melbourne.
The driver continued through the city to the Bourke Street Mall where the incident took place:
