An elderly woman escaped without serious injury yesterday, when her car crashed through the Rivers store in Wagga’s Sturt Mall.
It happened at about 2 o’clock, it’s believed the woman accidentally accelerated when she had intended to reverse in the carpark.
She was trapped in the car for a short time, but emergency services arrived to find she had managed to free herself.
