Emergency Crews were called to Goolawah Beach in Crescent Head, north of Port Macquarie for a rescue operation.
Paramedics arrived at the scene just after 12:30pm on Wednesday, after 14 people were swept off a rock by a large wave.
According to a NSW Ambulance spokesperson, the patients have been treated for a range of injuries including cuts and abrasions.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was also tasked to the area after the freak wave washed multiple people of the rocks.
