In breaking news, Jarryd Hayne will leave the Titans next season.
He will link up with his former club the Parramatta Eels after requesting a release from the Gold Coast.
Several media outlets have made the announcement, but there is yet to be an official comment from the clubs.
According to Fox Sports, the deal with the Eels would be a bit of a pay-cut for Hayne, with it rumoured to be around the $500,000 t0 $600,000 mark.
It would likely be a one-year contract.
Family based in Sydney is believed to be a big motivation for the move.
