Bomb Squad police from Sydney were called to Ganmain late yesterday, after police allegedly discovered a home-made explosive device during the search of a home in Langham Street.
Officers from Wagga, Junee and Ganmain descended on the property at around 1.30pm, discovering a number of items.
The house was unoccupied at the time.
There was no evacuation, with the small device able to be isolated at the premises until it could be defused.
