Measures are being taken to stop motorbikes from accessing the Tumut Bush Common, with Wagga MP Daryl Maguire saying the state government will put up $75,000 in funding for security measures.
Motion-sensor cameras and vehicle-proof gates will be installed, so pedestrians will still be able to access the Common.
Mr Maguire says follows complaints made by local residents whose properties back onto the Common.
