Eagles skipper Shannon Hurn is set to miss the Bulldogs game this weekend after not recovering from the effects of concussion against Melbourne.

Hurn was helped from the field in the last quarter and did not return to field.

“Shannon, unfortunately, is still suffering the after effects of that heavy head knock, so he’s got concussion symptoms,” Craig Vozzo said on the Eagles website.

“He’s also got a low grade hamstring unfortunately out of the game, so he is likely to be at least one week on both fronts.”

The bad news continues for West Coast after it was confirmed that Josh Kennedy and Mark LeCras will also be ruled out of the match.
