Baby and Elderly Man Treated After Coffs Harbour Fire

A baby and elderly man were treated for smoke inhalation as investigations continue into a fire that closed Prince Street on Saturday night.

Emergency services rushed to the Coffs Harbour street around 10pm, following reports of a car fire which spread to a unit block.

According to Fire and Rescue NSW, a 90 year old man was pulled from the unit, where he and a three month old baby were treated at the scene.

According to NBN News, Police took a female into custody to assist with inquiries regarding an alleged arson attack on the vehicle.

Investigations into events leading up to the fire continue.
