AFL Tribunal Make A Decision On Lindsay Thomas

Port Adelaide recruit Lindsay Thomas has been handed a 3 game ban by the AFL tribunal for his high hit on Scott Selwood.

Thomas ran past the football and decided to bump the Geelong midfielder and got him square in the the head which resulted in concussion.

Selwood did not return to the field after the incident.

He will serve a further one game suspension for a seperate charge for striking Joel Selwood. 

This means he will miss a total of 4 games. 

WATCH:

Thomas pleaded guilty to the rough conduct charge. 

The small forwards previous bad record was brought into consideration when coming to their decision.
