The Federal Government says it’s continuing to take action to combat the scourge of ice and other illicit drugs, with more Local Drug Action Teams set to roll out, including one led by AFL Riverina.
It’s among 92 local drug action teams joining the program across the country for round three, all will initially receive $10,000 to help with the development of a local action plan.
Once this plan is finalised, teams can apply to receive an additional $30,000 for their first year, and then $40,000 per year after that to support local activities.
