Former Australian wicketkeeper Adam Gilchrist has explained to Triple M the magnitude of Australia's hard-fought draw against Pakistan in Dubai this past week.
A terrific knock from captain Tim Paine and a near-perfect performance from Usman Khawaja, helped the Aussies hold on for a remarkable draw.
Gilchrist joined Triple M Brisbane's Dead Set Legends and opened up about the performance of the Aussies.

"In those conditions, I don't know if our (Gilchrist's generation) team - even in its prime - could suddenly pull that out," Gilly said.
"On the WACA, on beautiful batting conditions, you might be able to think about that.
"But that was a major breakthrough and a major step forward for this team."
