Emergency services are attending following an accident on the Pacific Highway just south of Macksville CBD.
LiveTraffic NSW first reported the incident just after 1pm, and has since stated the accident involved two cars.
The incident has caused heavy traffic conditions in the southbound lanes.
One of two lanes that was closed near Boundary Street has since been reopened, however motorists are advised to exercise caution and allow for extra travel time.
