Today marks the first time international cruise ship Viking Sun will drop it's anchors in the Australian city of Albany!

The state-of-the-art ship, filled with over 930 guests from all over the world will dock in Albany to allow the hordes of keen tourists to experience the true character of the scenic city!

As part of the 128 day Viking World Cruise from Miami to London, Albany will be part of the five continents and 21 countries visited by the hugely popular cruise ship.

So what's so different about this cruise?! Well Viking Sun is focussing on allowing guests extra time in port to suss out Australia's divine food and beverage selection, unparalleled scenery and true blue Australian culture!

As if that wasn't enough to get you going, the cruise itself offers an epic infinity pool and snow grotto to help guests become familiarised with the age-old Scandanavian tradition of hot and cold therapy.

So don't be shy! If you happen to see some of our curious friends wandering the shores of Albany, stop and say hello or offer up some of YOUR favourite places to visit in the sunny sea-side town!
