Park Run is a timed running course that you can do seriously with a hard core running buddy, or you can push the pram and cross the finish line when it suits you.
It has been a popular weekend activity for hundreds of locals as now fitties have a new course to tackle.
Aplins Weir Park Run launches this Saturday at 7am, and you can even take your dogs!
