The old Bunnings building on Young Street is set to get around 5 and a half million dollars’ worth of makeovers.
Amart Furniture will occupy a majority of the location.
Having an application acknowledged by Albury City Council on the 10th of August.
Amart will now occupy 2 out of the 6 tenancy locations, the remaining 4 yet to be announced.
