New Western Sydney Wanderers goalkeeper Vedran Janjetovic started in net in the A-League last night against his old club Sydney FC.
Sydney fans were furious about Janjetovic’s move — despite the fact he was second choice to Danny Vukovic — and decided he’s a snake.
So when Janjetovic was standing in front of the Sydney fans, they showered him with abuse and a bunch of toy snakes.
The game ended in a pretty dull 0-0, meaning neither party took the bragging rights. But Janjetovic reacted today with this great photo: Nice to know he has a sense of humour!
