Old Tom Dining & Gin Bar will take the place of Hank Dining and Bar at Victoria Square that closed down earlier this year.

They'll be gin. Obviously. Along with a focus on the origin of cocktails and how to make it really well. The concoctions are almost scientific; with great thought and detail going into each and every cocktail invention.
The official launch is set for the 23rd of November, but if you're a serious gin enthusiast then listen up!
