Wagga residents have begun receiving their new bins, with Council saying they’ll deliver 75,000 of the new bins from now until March 23, ready for the new kerbside waste collection service.
The new contract will start on April 2, and the three new bins won’t be emptied until then.
The new bins will turn up on nature strips, with an information pack to be included, explaining the rubbish collection changes, and what can be put into each bin.
